Bug in dia-0.86 FS function

Since I couldn't build the latest release version to verify if this bug 
is fixed, I thought I'd better report it :-)

Open a Dia diagram
Select the FS toolset
Create a FUN block
connect an arrow to the right hand side of the FUN block
Type something in the FUN block
-> The FUN block now self-resizes without updating the end-points of the 
arrows.

Note that when the FUN block is moved, the arrow end-points are 
correctly updated.
