Announcing YAD2M

...Yet Another Dia2Mysql hack.

Why? I rolled my own before there were other dia2*sql around, and while I
found those other scripts nice, there are good features in all of them but
not a single of them integrates all the nice ones. This is intended to
fill that gap. I don't want to type name of the table for each column in a
table, and I want to generate both MySQL and Postgresql.

Yet I warn you - I've used this script for my work a lot, but I often find
it compulsory to adjust to generated sql schema a tad; eg. my hack doesn't
make difference between normal tables and those containing foreign keys,
and Postgresql requires that you create those tables you reference to by
foreign keys first. I haven't really tested the sequence stuff for
Postgresql either - but I checked that the script could create both mysql
database as well as postgresql (after changing manually the order of
tables in sql output) ones without errors, so I thought to make it
public. I'll improve it further and ideas etc. are welcome.
