Well, we have a definitive answer. Looks like you're right, Dolores.
I honestly don't know which "basic Web principles" Mr. Veillard refers to, and
he didn't indicate the part of the spec that states paths are case-sensitive.
But, given his preeminence and experience, who am I to argue?
