Re: Github's pull requests warning still point to Bugzilla

Hello,

GNOME sets a cronjob that close all the pull requests for each repository on Github (because it's a mirrored repo). The closure message looks like this:

$project_name uses Bugzilla for code review.

If you have never contributed to GNOME before make sure you have read the

GNOME has migrated from Bugzilla to Gitlab in May. The message should be updated.

That's a good catch. Thank you.

Here is my proposition :

"""
Thank you for your effort contributing to $project_name!

$project_name uses Gitlab for merge/pull requests.

We should link to our instance of gitlab (gitlab.gnome.org), to avoid confusion with gitlab.com

Ideally we could link directly to https://gitlab.gnome.org/gnome/$project_name/issues but I'm not sure that there would be a match for 100% of our components mirrored in GitHub.

getting started documentation:

Best regards,

Jonathan
