About maintenance of Bijiben

Hi,

I was not aware of these messages on the board. I have been working
for a couple of months in bijiben, not as much as I wanted though.

I tried to make some improvements but some of them required important
changes so I'm trying to scale them.

* Move of the UI to glade files: I have moved some parts of the UI to
glade files, but the UI logic code has to be cleaned a little bit.
There is a lot of work in this side.
* libbiji: I have split the library from the bijiben's code and move
it to meson. I was going to start cleaning some parts of the code.

I'am trying to submit the code as soon as possible but i want to
submit the best as possible code.
