Ambiguous-width for CJK on gnome-terminal

gnome-terminal has the "Ambiguous-width chars" option.

"Edit" -> "Profile Preferences" -> "Compatibility" -> "Ambiguous-width chars"

I think almost CJK fonts have the width for the chars it could be "width" for CJK locales by default.
E.g. the character of ①
I think the value could be i18ned with g_dpgettext().
