Hi all --

Some months back I inquired about plans for high-DPI displays after obtaining a 'Retina' MacBook Pro... I basically got told "donate hardware" but only had the one machine which I'm actively using. As it happens, I've more recently acquired a Chromebook Pixel, with a similarly high-resolution 2560x1700 screen.

Wow, way to step up to the plate.  This is indeed very generous and I think we can definitely use the hardware for those hacking on gtk+/clutter.  However to properly donate, we should make sure that you take advantage of the tax implications of your donation.

I'll take this offline with you.

Emmanuelle, Behdad or any one else interested in helping make GNOME look good on high resolution?  I personally would like to see fonts improved.

Thanks!
