an update on 3.6 goals

Hey, its been a few weeks since we've declared

the GNOME goals we want to achieve for 3.6. We've made progress on all
of them, thanks to everybody who has contributed so far. None of them
is 100% done yet, but the XdgConfigFolders and GSettingsMigration
goals are getting really close.

Here are a few places where you could help:

test the pango xdg dirs patches:
