gnome3 switch alt to win

hi,
I'm now using the gnome3 on fedora 15 ,now a question make me nearly crazy,could you tell me how to switch alt to win ?I'm using maya software,but it has shortcuts keys conflict,fedora 13 has the setting system->preference->windows to solve it ,but I can not find how to solve it on fedora 15 gnome 3,could help me?
