Philip Withnall [2011-12-27 15:42 +0000]: > What does Launchpad do? LP has three states: - New: Initial state, meaning "no developer looked at it yet, and not confirmed" - Confirmed: Someone else reproduced/confirmed the problem; bugs get auto-switched from New to Confirmed once another person marks himself as affected or the bug gets a duplicate. Anyone can confirm bugs. - Triaged: A developer investigated the bug and considers that it has enough information for a developer to start fixing the bug. Only members of a particular team (for the affected project) can set bugs to triaged.
