clutter-gtk is used by gnome-games, currently; they are using the 0.10
branch. master will become 1.0, and has the "embed gtk+ widget inside
clutter" work done by Alex and Danni. it needs to be cleaned up slightly
following the gdk rendering-cleanup merge -- mostly, getting the Pixmap
id from cairo so that I can feed it to the texture-from-pixmap actor,
and switching from Visual → GdkColormap to Visual → GdkVisual when
setting up the stage.

also, if there are further changes down the line for GdkOffscreenWindow
I'll have to cope with those.
