Moving gconf schemas out of gnome-vfs2

We're still shipping some gconf schemas within gnome-vfs2 which are used
by variety of other Gnome components. Most notable are the default URL
handlers, proxy settings and terminal stuff. Since gnome-vfs2 is already
dead by this moment, would be great to move the schemas to the
components which they belong to.
