New module proposal: Simple Scan

I'd like to propose Simple Scan for inclusion in GNOME 3.0

Purpose: Simple scanning application, suitable for single-click scanning
Target: Desktop
Dependencies: libsane (http://www.sane-project.org/, scanner device
drivers), udev (http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/hotplug/udev.html,
detect scanners being connected and disconnected)
Resource usage: Currently Launchpad, will migrate to GNOME
Adoption: Used in Ubuntu, Debian
GNOME-ness, community: Follows all GNOME standards (GTK+, GtkBuilder,
HIG, Mallard documentation, fully translatable)
3.0 readiness: All up-to-date
License: GPL 3.0
