Except that FieldEntry, Headers, DeadEntry, ContentBox and
UndoableTextView are implemented using Gtkmm, in C++. This would cause a
circular dependency between Gtk+ and Gtkmm. Nonwithstanding that I doubt
that C++ code would be acceptable in the Gtk+ codebase.
