This is unlikely Nokia will relicence it. However, Collabora is working
on a new dbus spec to access MissionControl, so we won't link on a
library anymore, the needed wrapper will be move to telepathy-glib.

I can't say that I'll drop libmissioncontrol dep for 2.24, but it will
happen for sure one day...
