Please be more specific. Feedback was requested regarding the schedule.

Ehr? You do know you're responding to the *schedule* right? And that
developers implement features (not r-t)? If some application lacks a
feature, then your wrong to assume that the release team can dictate
what where developers spend their time on.
If you want something done, either implement it yourself or have someone
else do it. For the latter I mean either paying or convincing. There is
no employer/employee situation. More a 'between friends' + 'pretty
please'.
