People who do stuff don't generally join because of an interesting idea.
More when there is something to play with (code, examples). It is not
about removing restrictions, but more about getting contributors.

e.g. I have lots of stuff I'd like to work on. But don't always feel
like it, lack of time, etc (this while I just do scripting stuff).
