This is a good point, I totally missed it.

"Page Setup" is not an action, you can't 'perform' it, so you don't need
to input anything.

Maybe we are confused about "Page Setup" 'cause the dialog has
Apply/Cancel buttons: in a pure HIG implementation of this dialog it
should be auto-apply and provide only Close button.

Little OT: note that in required-input-before-perform dialogs (such as
Print) the confirmation button is grayed out when you open the dialog,
you have to select something in order to make it available.

So, to go ahead, can we close this thread assuming
      * Page Setup don't require further input
      * Page Setup is like Preferences or Properties
      * HIG say those entries don't need `...`
      * like Socrates, having agreed to develop under HIG laws, we are
        subjected to the event of disagree with them, but we have to
        respect them.
