bluetooth-applet isn't an applet, it's a notification area icon, thus
doesn't load the panel applet libraries and dependencies into its
address space. You're most certainly gaining a couple of megs there.
But your tests are flawed, see Ross' mails, they point to explanations
on how to gather memory usage data.
