online desktop wiki page

Hello world,

So I tried to move some content into live.gnome.org here:

http://live.gnome.org/OnlineDesktop

There was an old GnomeOnlineDesktop page which is now
OnlineDesktop/Ideas.

It's just a start.  I'd like this page to be the more developer-focused
landing point for answering questions such as "what technologies go into
it" and "how do I build it".

I also tinkered a bit with the online-desktop.modules jhbuild set.
