Would this be an issue if only the subscribed signals are sent to each
app? I.e., Clock would be woken up once a minute, my alarm service once
an hour, and if nothing else is requesting otherwise, the only thing
that's happening is the service waking itself up to check the time once
per second.
Or do I misunderstand the issues behind waking stuff up?
