Missing mimetype icons in gnome-icon-theme

Hi,

I just noticed that many text file mimetype icons found in
gnome-icon-theme version 2.14 are missing version 2.16. For example, in
2.14, there are:

Please tell me if this is just work in progress with the new icons set
or some political agreement to remove all distinction between the file
icons.

Right now all the source files end up with monotonous 'text file' icons.
This is very distinctively annoying in applications that deal with only
source files (such as Anjuta). Since we use theme icons for the files
(and dare not invent any own icons for usability reasons), I would
suggest to restore the missing mimetype icons.

If it is because they are yet to be created, I think we can try to find
some help to work them, otherwise some pointers to why it was decide so
would be nice.
