That's half of it... 

Take a look at the GAR Makefile for pwlib.  The post-configure target
creates a soft link that points to the pwlib source directory. Once in
place, the GAR Makefile for opal set and env variable

	PWLIBDIR="$(prefix)/src/pwlib"
