Complain to whoever provided you those packages, because they don't come
from Fedora, FC4 didn't have gnome-screensaver. On a pre-FC5 machine:
$ rpm -q gnome-screensaver
gnome-screensaver-0.0.23-3
$ rpm -q xscreensaver
package xscreensaver is not installed
No need for xscreensaver.
