Two of the main problems are solved for the next release that will be 
out in a few days :

The first was about the size of the configuration dialog that exceeded 
800 in height which is a problem for small screens. The second was about 
the fact that the access to the config tool was misplaced (it is 
currently placed in the popup menu of Nautilus). Meanwhile it can be 
possibly integrated in the preference dialog of Nautilus, it will be 
stored in the preference menu of Gnome.
The last problem mentioned was the problem of bloated menu[1] and the 
possibility to define some submenus to fix it but it is not yet possible 
to do this in Nautilus but planned for 2.14[2]
