Seems like a pretty decent summary. I might add to it by suggesting
that perhaps the right approach is to consider targeting 2.16 or 2.18
with libobby, and starting to think about porting existing apps to it-
as Davyd says, an 'edit together' button in every content creation
tool based on GNOME would be most excellent.
