Check out http://www.gmane.org. It's primarily a mail-to-news
gateway, but they also have a couple of different web frontends
to their archives, and those also have RSS feeds.

The downside is that the mailing list names are not preserved.
For example, the archives for this list are located at:
http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.desktop (the link to the
RSS feed is also on that page).

You can find mailing lists from the "Reading" link on the main
gmane homepage.
