Perhaps, if the help was searchable. :-) "Access X" would make even less
sense as a help topic title than it does as a window title -- but it
should certainly be in the list of hidden synonyms picked up by a help
search function -- along with "Universal Access", and "SoundSentry", and
"Easy Access", and "ShowSounds", and "MouseKeys", and "CloseView", and
other names for accessibility functions familiar to people coming from
other systems.
