pygtk was in the Bindings in GNOME 2.8. gnome-python is being added in
GNOME 2.10.

pygtk was proposed for the Desktop (and possibly for the Platform). It
looks like we are happy to just have it in the Bindings and say that
it's OK for Desktop apps to use it.
