But doesn't Nautilus look inside the file to get the real MIME type (after
showing a quick first guess by looking at the extension)? So wouldn't it
be less of a problem for us?
I'm sure there are times when only the extension can be used to specify
the MIME type, so we might need some "Change file type." context menu
item. The resulting dialog would need to be quite clever.
