Ok, what I meant was that, right now, in the Gnome desktop I'm currently
using (Fedora Rawhide) there is "Preferences->Accessibility" but there
is no "Applications->Accessibility". Quite frankly, I don't know if this
is a "fedora thing", a "broken fedora rawhide thing" or just something
wrong in my system. 

But I understand your point.
