Icon Chooser

An enhancement I'd like to see in the icon chooser, is the ability to
choose an icon from the current icon theme.  This makes for more a more
standard icon system.  I know I've seen icons in the theme that aren't
in the pixmaps folder, like "web-browser.png".  Here's some ideas, but
not the best look probably:
