  Definitely!
  I supose it's too much to ask for a more "yellowish" tooltip color? 
It's just that I think that tooltips should stand out, and they
currently don't due to the background color too similar to the default,
thus you hardly notice the tooltip.
  Yes, this is definitely the best gtk theme so far, in terms of
beauty/slowness ratio.  In fact, it's a really fast theme, it seems. 
And beautiful too, of course.  And not too light nor too dark either ;)
