To add to the d-d-l volume. Sean is right. I think that from the
user's perspective, even the power user, that the capplet is configuring
how do I accomplish a task. Interacting the the computer, either by
connecting a camera, inserting a CD, or clicking a file is a statement
that the user wants to do something.
