Bravo!, and it would help developers prevent improvising small
variations to those messages:
e.g.:
File %s does not exist
file %s does not exist
file %s does not exist.
A file %s does not exist
File %s does not seem to exist
File %s does not seem to exist, at least I couldn't find it.
etc.
