I want to second this... however, unlike Ross I do not want to use
Totem instead. There are just some small things that would make RB so
much better:

- auto-update when new songs are added
- a way to sort on the filesystem location of songs; thus I can see my
newly downloaded songs in ~/newsongs, and either delete them or move
them to a more permanent place
- some rudimentary way to change the meta-data of songs (esp. downloaded
songs are often badly tagged). Maybe make Artist/Title/Album not case
  sensitive?
- I have the feeling the shuffle-algorithm could be improved. Like
never play the same song again before all others are played.

Apart from that, I think RB is great! But there's no reason to make it
part of the GNOME desktop release. What goes in should be based on what
developers want (which means: only really core thing, panel, fm etc.
and foundation stuff for programs). Users don't care if RB is in
gnome-core or gnome-music or whatever. So the decision to include or
not should not be based on that, imho.

Cheers,
Dirk.
