Intltool changed its behavior again. The OrigTree module is no longer
needed since we found a better way to do same thing. This means that
OrigTree.pm should no longer be in EXTRA_DIST. I changed the version of
intltool to 0.29 so people can require this new version.

We are sorry about the inconvenience of this - but we are trying to do
our best.
