I dont think the testicle reference was that offensive - it was just
unprofessional and misleading. You surely dont want to insinuate that
the gnome release was a load of old bollocks or something.

A better question would be : Why do we need a release name? If its just
because cvs needs one then why not use Gnome 2.5.3

Yes. If you want a professional image then you have to be professional
about the names.
