Another weekly translation status update (Sep 7--Sep 14)

Hi all,
Here's another translation update, this time much calmer than the  
previous ones, and especially the last.

Still, there are three new supported languages: Albanian (up 9%),  
Vietnamese (6%) and Romanian (6%).

Besides Slovak (up 7% in supported group), they're the only major  
movers this week.

There was some real work done in Brazilian Portuguese team too (up 5%),  
as well as Italian (4%), Turkish (4%), Catalan (over 3%) and
Hindi (3%). Others have improved too.
