That "feature" has been available in many other apps, such as Paint Shop
Pro, for several years.  It is annoying and you are able to shut the prompt
off.  Chances are, through normal usage, something else will be copied to
the clipboard soon and will replace that.  You are also able to tell PSP to
just dump everything on exit.
