This is not a solution. It's no good unless someone can get them to provide
a real rss feed.  All the data they send back is in CDATA form.  That means
their use formatting or try to parse the mess of text every time weather is
grabbed.

However, the component they are using, called HAMWeather, has a source that
could be useful:  http://weather.noaa.gov/
