My girlfriend, her mom, my mom, my sister, etc. all enjoy Mahjongg very
much.  I don't know what its appeal is, but they really, really like it-
and they all run Windows, so they've bothered to go out and install it. 
I think it's worth including.

I don't think I've played Tali, but Tetravex is great.  I love it and my
two Windows-using mathematician friends can't get enough, either.
