accessx-applet 0.5.0 for your testing/viewing pleasure

I've attached a dist of the keyboard accessibility status applet to bug
98488.

The features are pretty much all there; but the current version doesn't
theme entirely, and there are some bugs in re-layout (if you resize or
reorient your panel it doesn't update yet).

Also we haven't quite figured out the best way to take our size(s) from
the panel size yet, we are using GTK_ICON_SIZE_LARGE_TOOLBAR for the
moment.  But this version should give an idea of how the applet works.

In order to see it do something you'll need to turn on one or more
keyboard accessibility features.
