new smb method

Hello,

Could people please test out the new smbclient-based method in the
"smbclient-method" branch of the gnome-vfs-extras?

A couple of RPMs for RHL9 are available at:
http://people.redhat.com/bnocera/gnome-vfs-extras-smbclient/

The new smb method doesn't use a copy private copy of samba anymore but
the installed libsmbclient.
