I think we need to see that this isn't the only task of a webbrowser (or
something like that) in the Desktop. Html, txt and pdf files are the most
used formats for documentation and similar texts. The even users without
any internet connectivity need a application to display html files. I
think this is a good reason why a usable html browser is important for a
Desktop.
So this might be a reason reason to put a webbrowser (a pure html viewer
plus a browser seems bad usabilitywise) in the Desktop. On the other hand
a tend to like galoen more, i don't need the other browser in the
desktop ;-)
Just thought this might a good reason to have the webbrowser in the
desktop (Not the web, but the html usage is the key point).
