Hi guys,
as you probably know, gedit has been split into two modules: gedit and
gedit-plugins.
The first one contains the core of gedit, the gedit nautilus viewer and
4 plugins (namely docinfo plugin, sample plugin, spell plugin and time
plugin).
The second one contains all the other plugins (previously contained in
the main gedit module): ASCII table, cvschangelog, shell_output,
taglist, diff and indent.
With this mail I'd like to propose gedit-plugins as a new module for
gnome 2.4.
Please, note that not including gedit-plugins will cause a regression
since the plugins it contains were included in gnome 2.0 and 2.2.
I'd also like to remember that gedit now depends on GtkSourceView.
Ciao,
Paolo
P.S. I have still not released gedit 2.3.1 since I have some problems
with scrollkeeper I don't know how to solve and so at the moment gedit
does not pass "make distcheck".
