That doesn't sound very well organised to me. You'd then have most of the
control panels in 2 places (I don't think people see the Nautilus control
centre view normally), and people would be confused that some were in one
place but not in the other. They might think that they were 2 different sets
of control panels handling the same things.
Because battfink has a notification area applet, rather than a nromal panel
applet, I don't see where someone could right-click to add it.
For laptop users I think the Energy Saving settings should be easy to find.
