Request regarding gnome-common

If people feel the need to make minor tweaks to the gnome-common, could
they please remember to update the correct ChangeLog. In particular, the
macros2/ directory has its own ChangeLog, so changes there should no be
put into the top-level ChangeLog.

I am trying to keep track of what changes are being made so that bug
reports are easier to work out and having to poke about in two different
ChangeLogs is a bit annoying.

(I do not care about experienced people committing directly to the
module; this is not a complaint about that. Fixing things as builders
find them is a Good Thing.)
