Heh... well, the only reason I'm reluctant to reveal the results is that
we only got responses from self-confessed technical users, and we
strongly suspected in advance that their definition would differ from
that of non-technical users anyway.  So I'm somewhat inclined to keep
the results to myself until a representative number of non-technical
users reply as well, which currently looks like it isn't going to happen
:)
