new module, gedit-plugins

Hi,

I've created a new module called 'gedit-plugins', to which most of the
plugins previously distributed with gedit have been transferred.  I
think the current plan is to include this module in 2.4, so translators
pages should be updated, etc.

I18n guys:  I have copied the po/ directory and cleaned up POTFILES.in,
but I'm not sure what else needs to be done to get things in order
again.....suggestions?
